This project is born amongst a group of people that, looking for a new way of living much closer to their wishes and necessities, try to initiate a residential community for themselves and others on the cohousing style. It is located at the town of Cerdanyola del Vallès, in a new and quiet residential area of new development (Parc de l'Alba), chosen for its landscape with big green areas and for being surrounded by woods, with public transportation and very close to the city of Barcelona.

It is a new building concept as an alternative choice of living to traditional residences, with wide common areas, gardens, orchard, etc. in the approximately 3.000 m² of outside area of the property. Its goal is to ease a healthy and active cohabitation for their users, to encourage an environment of cooperation and friendship, in order to prevent isolationism and loneliness. The designed building has twenty-five independent apartments, each one with terraces or own garden, living-room, bedroom, bathroom and own kitchen, that consist in one-bedroom apartments (aprox. 50 m²) and two-bedroom apartments (aprox. 75 m²); with more than 500 m² indoor common areas (living-rooms, dining-rooms, kitchen, gym, etc.), indoor garage for 28 vehicles and a great outside area. The building is also able to fit also for the development of different and optional activities for users, such as periodical health attention, halls for events, kitchen or catering services, laundry, cleaning, etc.

The investment of the users for access is issued in two different options: traditional property purchase or the purchase of user partnership, amounts explained down below, with all expenses included (in 2016 value and at strictly cost rates):
